| All returns on internet orders must be prearranged and authorized by store management. Failure to do so may result in non-reimbursement.
Unopened merchandise with original receipt may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in excellent resellable condition. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for any and all return shipping and/or handling costs. Returns should be insured since the customer is responsible for all materials included in the return. Credit card purchases will receive card refund.
Books, carpets, furniture, rest mats and microscopes may not be returned or exchanged.
Any damages must be noted with the courier service upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in non-reimbursement. Damage claims must be made to store management within 48 hours of delivery. Subsequent claims will not be honored.
